No Spark! AAAHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Everyone, new guy here. I have an 82 heritage special that I am converting into a vintage cafe racer ( I know, never heard that before!). I've read every post on electrical on every site and the manuals as well. I've done tests on the coil, pickup coil, stator, rotor, side stand switch, grounds,etc and still no spark. Any ideas? I'm thinking that there's a break or short somewhere in the old wiring harness. Thanks

The TCI black box could have failed, but here's a simple and cheap thing to try first:

I just used the "Search" function, and typed in "weak pick up magnet"
