I was T2 diabetic pre staged... so Sugar is the enemy..that includes bananas...anything with high carbs is bascially sugar...if you are a runner then your metabolism is geared to burn the extra carbs you need to maintain exercising.
Exercise has to be thought as incidental..like in the case of doing yard work..or it has to be recreational..where the benefits of exercise are brought about through enjoyment of a physical activity..be it running bicycling..tennis..etc...if its thought as work or just exercise per se..then it is tedious...I haven't dieted..i have made lifestyle changes...
