Oil cooler filter

Curious, has anyone used a stainless filter rather then the standard paper filter?

No but I use a fine micron Flo SS re-useable with magnets in a VF750 I've got and like it. In my case here with the shit forgeries being sold, some even with no paper in them and the rest just badly made but in OEM boxes I think it makes sense.
