I have an old Honda front end from an mt or mr 250. Was going to try and use this on an xs build, but I lack the metal fab skill to pull it off. I have the drum wheel which is in great shape. 21 inch. Have forks triple trees and axle.
. Asking 100 or best offer. Well split the shipping cost

the forks are 35mm, the Honda is more narrow, and the stem is shorter, here are some pics of it compared to the xs, and one of it in the neck of the xs

With the Honda fork tubes measuring 35 mm, have you considered fitting them to the XS650 triples (if 1977 or later)? Or buying late (35 mm) XS650 or SR500 triple clamps?

If you can't use the XS axle in the Honda wheel or fork sliders, you will need a longer axle. Will also need spacers to fill in the gap, but that's not difficult.

i looked into it for my honda 23 .. i was just going to swap the stem.. its only a weld on the bottom .. knock it out .. install the other and reweld it. using a jig
