Took off the sump cover and filters today to see if there was anyting to be concerned about, and hopefully stop oil leaking from both places.

Anything I should be concerned about here?

From the looks I think I should replace both filters, and gaskets.

Does the banjo bolt on the filter side require an o-ring at all?

My thoughts are a mikes xs replacement sump filter, and gaskets etc.

what he said, be careful not to overtighten the little bolts holding on the cover, i dont think it would take much to snap them off.

I think factory spec was something like 7 ft/lbs...I had to do some math and use my inch/pound torque wrench to get that low

Tips/Recommendations on cleaning the filters?

I'll take some degreaser to the sump cover, it's so dirty. Probably do the bottom of the engine a bit to try and get it cleaned up so I can figure out where else it leaks.

Ordering just the gaskets then.
