Pamco wont fit?!?!?!

Pete whats the deal man, the advance piece wont fit onto the camshaft! Is there something wrong with my cam? Or does this piece come in different sizes? Im so upset please help!!!!

This is the advance rod and would be a mikes problem if it won't go in the cam. Sorry i am not much more help

This. in your picture you are trying to install it on the wrong side of the cam.

It should go on the side opposite points. Looks like you were trying to install on the wrong side.

The advance mech goes on the side of the cam with the threads. Or the right side as you are sitting on the bike.

i JUST put mine on last week and the mikes ones are a little tight. i put mine on and took it off like 3 times. last time it went on way easier. and like /\ they said, pamco left, advance right (sitting on bike)...

K after dinner and a fresh brain i went back out. The mikes advance units are a LITTLE tight. I had to sand the unit and sand my slightly rusted cam down, slid right on. Wired it, fired up first kick. No time to test ride it or set the timing, but it idled 100% better then it ever has before.
