ok so here are some ballpark prices for the bigger parts for anyone who is interested.
Nothing is set in stone so feel free to make an offer just don't be ridiculous with it.

frame with title - 300
motor - 100 (never heard it run but it turns over fine) local pick up only
wheels - 100 a piece , in good shape, spokes have some surface rust but can be cleaned up.
front end - 50 bucks, in decent shape, some pitting on the tubes
seat - 50 bucks , in good shape, no rips
gas tank - 50 bucks in good shape no dents

everything is for sale.
