Petcock hole cover

Looking to replace both vacuum petcocks on a 78 with a single manual stable Petcock. Does anyone sell a cover that will fit where the old petcock would be? I thought mikes did but I cannot seem to find one on their site. Is this a garage fab type part?

Yes it is a make it outta what's at hand part.

I cut the bases off the vacuum petcocks, remove the brass tubes and fill the holes with JB Weld.
