Thank-you Very Much for taking the time to post these pics!!!!!!!!!!!!

P.O. busted off the tab on the brake lever and there doesn't appear to be a hole on the master cylinder perch (maybe replaced) for the post on the switch to fit into.

I now know what needs to be done.

Easy way to fix is delete that switch and run the wires to a brake light switch banjo bolt. This switch bolt can replace any banjo bolt in the brake system.
I have one in my rear brake.

It only works on the rear if you have disc brake back there. I swapped in a disc brake for the drum on my 75.

I will use that on my other bikes that do have rear disc brakes.
