What are the specs on the wheels?

I've got an 82 XS400R Seca DOHC that I'm trying to figure out what it takes to fit spoke wheels on. I know my bike has more compatible parts with the 650 than the SOHC XS400.

Both sets of front foot rests are gone. The parts are at my buddies garage and I wont be able to get down there today to check the rim specs till later tonight and I will let you guys know. arreragt7 has first dibs on them.
