Sorry, I did not see your response until now. Yes, I'm pretty sure the hose is stainless but it is far too short to use on an XS. It will need a longer hose like the one mentioned above.

Does this have the 10mm banjo bolt at the master cylinder? If not, it won't work with the conversion kit Hugh sells. If it does have a 10mm banjo bolt at the master. Can you tell me where you got it so I can order one? The pit bike kit I bought had an 8mm banjo bolt.
