PMA Battery

My Battery is crap, wont hold a charge at all. I have a functioning Huges Hanbuilt PMA system. Will the bike run poorly because of the bad battery even with the properly functioning PMA? I mean once it is running it puts out plenty of juice. does seem to suffer and run poorly at red lights. I suppose the charging system might not be putting out enough at slow idle.

A bad battery can do more damage to the rest of the system, especially if it has shorted out internally. It would be a good idea to get a good battery for sure.

Check voltage at idle and with throttle once you do - to ensure things are all in good shape.
