puttin kicker and guts back on motor

Cant seem to get my kicker mechcanism wound right and back on bike all the parts are together im just an idiot any help would be great Thanks Jake

I used the first method mentioned. It worked really well. I wasn't able to just push it in though. I had to lightly tap it into place after I rotated the kickstart lever and tensioned the spring. I'm not sure if it was supposed to be so difficult to push into place, but it works for me as of now.
