Question about 3" shortened forks

I'm going to throw my freshly shaved and polished forks back together tomorrow with a set of Hugh's 3" lowering spacers. Anyone have a rough (or exact) estimate of how much fluid I need to 3 inches of drop?

About the same as stock. The drop won't change the amount of oil needed much. I'd try 6.5 to 7 ounces.
