Quick Brake Bleeding Q (Twin Discs)

So im finally back in the country and attempting to get the XS running. Just a quick Q regarding bleeding the brakes. lll be following the guide littlebill did up in the tech section but since I have 2 discs and calipers is there something different I should do or just do it to each side?? General rule of thumb when bleeding any brake system Pete, start with the longest line.
And of course, follow littlebill's guide

i always start furthest away from master cyl. , then bleed till no more air comes out and then some, sometimes i have to crack open all fittings starting at master cyl. then bleed each line fitting on the way down, to get rid of air pockets. good luck
