Quick VM 34 Question

When i got my bike it had VM 34's and vacuum petcocks. The carb boots have no vacuum barbs. The small hoses on the vacuum petcocks (not the fuel lines) are not attached to anything....

So am i correct in assuming that the bike should only run on PRIME?

yes your assumption would be correct ... one of my first mods was to replace my petcock with a non vacuum type ... more reliable
