Has anyone done it and how difficult is it? I need to replace the spokes on both the front and rear wheels. They are badly corroded. I also will have to shine up, or powder coat the rims and hubs while apart. The last part, where is a good place to purchase the spoked? These are shouldered aluminum rims.

Hi hogtied,
so long as you took photos before you de-spoked the wheels it's easy enough.
My first re-lace took me all afternoon, my second re-lace took me an hour.
(Put the inner spokes in first.)
I'd prefer polishing the rim & hub to powder coating them but that's for you to choose.
Buchanans sell good spokes but you gotta know what to order.
MikesXS sell adequate spokes and know what you need.
