Wanted - Rear set shift linkage

This may be a longshot but I'm looking for shifter linkage for rearsets. I need the small (maybe an inch or so) arm that attaches directly to the brake and shift shafts in the engine/ frame. I guess a lot of people cut/ weld the original brake pedal and shifter but I don't have the capabilities to do so. Can anyone help?

I have both the shift and brake levers you need with splined ends .
