I'm needing spacers for a hardtail conversion with disc brakes on the rear. I have a bike for used parts which has a drum brake. Will the spacers interchange?

Sprocket side yes, rotor side no.
I think the caliper carrier is the only "spacer" on that side anyways.
the carrier fits between collar #11 and the adjuster #13
That collar #11 is unique to the rear disk bikes but was also used on XS850 and XS1100 78-82
3/4" washers and or shaft collars will do the job.
Odds are you will be using some to get proper wheel alignment anyways.
If you change wheel bearings do NOT throw away #6 which is a push fit inside the sprocket side bearing
