Has anyone found a source for rebuilding the later meters? I saw the post about the North Hollywood shop but they look like they do euro cars. I'm thinking shops like Nissongers (NY??
) but to my knowledge they only do British meters (I should probably check).
For reference I'm looking to get a speedo from a '78 standard rebuilt. It is seized internally somehow. I've replaced with a good functional but would like to rebuild as a spare. Cosmetically it is nice enough.
Seems like potential for someone to have a cottage industry style setup if they can do the work.
