Auctions have a way of driving up the price, people get caught up in the excitement of the moment and the competition to win.

Someone gave Gary Hoos, Hoos Racing Specialties @hooser credit for building this bike but he replied:

The auction is still going today, but most of the bikes have already been on the block. There were tons of Harleys and early Indians, really old vintage stuff that is just collector stuff, I’m more attracted to the stuff you can ride. Here is a smattering of results,
