I put a set of 700cc 77.5mm bore JE pistons purchased from Shell Racing in my bike back in 2008 and it's getting to be about time for new rings. Anybody know where I can get a set?

Thanks for the info.
6 years does not seem to be enough time or miles/kms to wear out a top end. Are you burning oil or is compression down?

I don't think I am going to replace the rings this year but it is getting close to time to do it so I wanted to find a source. The top end has just under 40,000 miles on it now and the oil consumprion is getting a bit higher than I like it (I am quite picky when it comes to this).
I see what you're saying. You obviously enjoy riding, and ride much more than the average guy does

what is the bore diamater and the bore service limit of the bore?

guess i should mention that its a stock 650 engine.
Stock: 75.0mm, service limit: 75.1mm
