RLU & LC removal making me nuts

Really could use some help, I have a 79sf,I removed my RLU and light checker, I have looked at so many posts I'm going blind. I connected the blue/black for RLU and blue and blue/yellow for the light checker, still no headlight. Then I checked the blue/black wire for voltage and there is none, I checked for voltage on the blue/black that comes of of the safety relay, nothing. Now I don't think my charging system is working, I put meter on battery to see if I'm getting 14 volts and I'm not. Everything was working fine before. Any help would be appreciated.

On the RLU jump the yellow/blue to the blue/black. This gets the headlight to work. On the LC it has nothing to do with the headlight. Just remove it, no jumpers.
If your charging system is not working it can't send a signal on the yellow wire to trip the safety relay, so you won't get power on the blue/black wire.
Use the charging trouble shooting guide to fix your charging.
