Rotor upgrade?

Kev posted a list of 320mm rotors with the same bolt pattern as the xs front hub. I was about to order that XS Performance rotor (298 mm) but am now wondering what sort of performance difference I might expect from a 320 mm vs a 300mm rotor. Is it significant?
This is for a stock single disc wire wheel.
