"Second Attempt " Another tracker

Made some progress... finished up rotor carrier i may cut in some kidney cut outs in it but i need a rotary vice for mill.
Here are pictures of chaney rotor and bolts his are in upper shot lower ones are Gsxr type.

Bead blasted rear rim, front was done with course stuff i will need to glass bead later. Front rotor will get the glass bead treatment also.

Thanks guys, I like the machine work much better than grinding of the unwanted frame tabs and cleaning the motor!!!! next up is anchor rod for rear caliper and master cylinder mounting.

Just got my rear tire mounted its a 27.5'' x 7.5 x 19'' cd8 when mounted on the 2.15 rim the tire is 5.25 wide. lots of swing arm clearance and chain. I think if i tried the tire on my other tracker it would hit swing arm... that bike has 3.5'' wide rim.

Picked up some inexspensive clamps started out a little to tall cut them down.

Just picked up a rotary table for my mill i do not know how i got by with out one for so long! worked on the cut outs in the front rotor carrier. I think it gave it a lighter look.
