Shift shaft lateral play and washer plate

XS650SE, 1981. On the lhs of the engine where the gear shift shaft exits the crankcase there should be an oil seal, a washer plate, and then a circlip. I have misplaced the washer (part number 248 18137 0000). The only source I can see is CMSNL but they are very expensive for a UK buyer. Could somebody let me know the dimensions of this washer? I think it is 14mm od and 23mm id, but I dont know the thickness. Many thanks

FYI, Fowlers have them. They seem to be a good source of UK OEM Yamaha parts. There is a replacement part number: 90201-14220
