There is nothing much "Universal" about a properly fit sissybar... Most likely have to make one, unless you bike is stock, then you might be able to find one on Ebay...
What year and model is your bike? I have a sissybar and pad that I removed from a 1974 TX650 that is in great shape. $30 plus actual shipping costs from 13160.
