Smoke on the left side. Good compression

Hi all.

Just finishing up a bobber build.

The motor smokes on the left cylinder. I checked the compression and both cylinders are at 150psi. I also installed new valve seals when the motor was out of the bike.

I don't know the history or milage on the motor. Could it be a stuck oil ring? The bike was sitting for a couple years. I tryed come carbon cleaner on that cylinder to loosen up the rings, but didn't make a difference on the smoking.
The bike starts and runs great. Just some smoke on the left side
Any thought would be great.

Is it start up or all the time.

I might try some baking soda down the plug hole. Failing that, engine out hone and new rings

If your left plug shows no oil burn, could be ex guide seal...
