Bike has always been kept inside and it's in good overall condition not a rust bucket.

Charging system Working perfect. brushes are new, regulator replaced.
All electrical works, well the automatic turnsignal canceler doesn't cancel, but....
NEW gel cell battery
Recent ignition coil
I do XS650's as a hobby so know my way through the repair procedures.
Valves set
Cam chain set
Compression 155, 155
Carbs overhauled COMPLETELY, NEW THROTTLE SHAFT SEALS, new float O-rings, floats set, vacuum gauge synched new fuel lines, new vacuum line.
NEW sump oil filter with tear shield. Side filter cleaned good condition. There were no rubber chunks in either filter.
Fresh oil.
All head bolts removed and retorqued, NO oil leaks.
Sprockets good, compared to new, new chain.
Clutch push rod seal replaced
All gunk cleaned from under side cover.
Clutch and throttle cables replaced with good ones, fully lubed.
Starter works great no grinding.
Back tire fair, front tire is poor. Front rim is excellent, rear rim has some rust but is straight and true.
Brakes work good, swing arm and steering bearings tight.
Goes down the road straight with good power, shifts stops properly clutch works great.
Good to very good (well for Wisconsin) stock exhaust.
Bike seems to have had regular maintenance.
Full stock air cleaners with GOOD stock air filters.
This Heritage special came with a lot of black painted parts from the factory.
I buffed up a lot of the engine covers.
It also has a handle bar choke system witch works excellent.
I will work with you if you want just the parts for a bobber or tracker build up.
This is a decent bike but it's not "PERFECT".

I would hop on this and ride it home in Wisconsin. But delivery in my van is also possible.
