I just replaced the starter shaft oil seal. I bench tested with battery and it seems to spin fine. However turning the spline shaft by hand seems extremely difficult, stiff. Is this normal or have I somehow managed to re-assemble incorrectly?
I've had it apart and together a few times, seems pretty straight forward. idk??
