I have been trying to find out the length of a stock tube for reference purposes and Gary (gggGary) helped me out with the measurement of 23 1/16". Hope this helps anyone looking for a starting point as I was. Build ON

So whats the stock length assembled under weight from the axle to the top of the fork?

It's 29 7/8 I do believe, or very close to that. That's the top of the tube excluding the cap.

Thanks, mine is measuring 34in. going to try and get a few more measurements before determining. 4+ over seems questionable.

What are you working on? What seems questionable?
I have 6+ forks on mine, but I raised stretched and raked my frame. The 6+ levels out the frame well and looks pretty good.

Trying to find the actual stock length of the assembled fork from axle to top of fork.
Want my bike lower, im 6-2, but im still on my toes, this is with the forks slid up approx 3 in beyond the top triple clamp.

Wow...you should trade/sell those for stock forks. I know there have been a few guys on here lookin for extended forks. Do you have a pic of the bike?
