Wanted - Stock Rear Shock eye rubbers with sleeve

I am looking for the stock size/shape eye rubbers for the stock rear shock eye holes. The kind that have the metal sleeve inside. I am relocating my rear shock mounts on top and need them so I can run a bolt through without destroying the rubber itself.

Maybe metal tubing from home depot or lowes? I'm in Norfolk and I will check. For shocks I had a pair off my sled , have to put hands on em before i say yes
