I'm curious what you guys are using for summer riding gloves? I'm looking for something that's not too bulky and can help deal with the infamous vibrations. :bike:

I use deer skin work gloves. Softer than cowhide and 2 or 3 times as strong. And buying a "work" glove is much cheaper than the "motorcycle" glove version.

We went shoe shopping for my boys tonight at a local sporting goods store and I picked up a pair of fingerless weight lifting gloves. They are all leather and have a padded palm. I rode for an hour tonight and although I still had some numbness every now and then, it was no where near what I had before!

I'm thinking of looking into a throttle lock so I can relieve my right hand without decellerating or having to wait to get to a stop sign.
