Take off issues, misfire at climbing rpm 79 XS650

She was running fine, now when I take off I can't rev engine high in rpm or it starts to misfire
Runs good at idle can give it throttle , but misfires on acceleration in any gear when I give it a normal amount of gas , had to get her home I had to quickly change each gear not allowing engine to climb in rpm just so I could get down the road (turned off on me five different times coming to a stop at various red lights!)
Not stock I'm running HHB pma system w/batt.

Any help would be much appreciated, thanks

I would check the battery voltage.

If you're running points ignition, do a forum search on "condenser", to see how that thing can ruin your day...
