I read a lot of that. Sounds like old news to me. They've been trying to block certain stuff for a long time but people are fighting it and apparently doing a pretty good job of it. They require ISP's to provide filtering software for their users, if they want to use it.. Some people think the ISP's should be filtering the content at their level, but there are technical difficulties with this as well as people fighting to not let it happen. So what's the problem? Is there some new big push by some group to get this broad ISP level filtering thing enacted? Or is it the same old battle that's been going on for 10 years?
