No the tunnel is not raised. And yes it kicks over, designed around the peg.

Again looks nice. I would say some one has raised the tunnel in it. Or maybe it is just the angle of the pics. I just am buttoning up a 70's sporty tank that I cut the tunnel out of to to make it sit low on the bike, I took alot out.

Not to whore your thread but here is mine, it looks about the same, stock tanks sit much higher. Or your pic has me mind F^&Kd hahah

Good looking bike jonny7. Great work on your build. Always liked the electrics tanks mounted that way. Damn, I'm gonna have to build me another...
That tank looks like it sits a little lower than mine too.
