This fell off upper case what do I do

First time xs650 build. While splitting the cases this weld fell off and it appears to be like a ball bearing is below it. This piece is not visible from inside the case. What to do? Any suggestions?

I can't see nothing. But I'll guess it's a cap for a drilled oil passage, clean with acetone, put the ball back and use some epoxy, JB weld to seal it back in.
PS It's not weld it's an adhesive sealant about like JB weld

What I said, those are the drillings from the oil gallery for the bearing, piston spray jets, a bit of jb weld you are golden. I believe the bearings are pressed or staked in place also.

The pictures are up now. I'm pretty sure your right. Make me feel better. I have done a good job on engine tear down not to break anything until now

If you look closely inside the case you will see the small jet hole opposite that bearing.
