Top Engine Mounts??

This may be a longshot but was curious if anyone had a pic of how the top engine mount brackets go together? Im sure I'll figure it out but just thought I'd check with you guys and see! And whats the deal on those anyway, I see alot of guys using them and then quite a few who dont use em! Whats the general consensus on those,they really needed? Thanks in Advance!

The top engine mount helps with vibration. With out it the engine can move around more.
It also stiffens the frame, makes it handle better.
