Total Loss set up help

Decided to go total loss.
I get fire on one side only checked all wires switched to see where I was getting spark in the points. if I plug in one to the condenser I will get fire on one side whichever one I plug in then when I plug in both I only get on one side. What on earth am I doing wrong?

Coils tested? Condensers test good?

Yes both brand new.

New doesn't necessarily mean good, especially when you're dealing with spark plugs and condensers.
