Thanks for the pics of the jig. It looks nice an beefy. Did you have to do anything to the bottom beam to make it nice and flat or is it just plate steel that came what way? How did you cut it? Waterjet?

Its a piece of 1"x 5" cold roll strap. then its bolted to another piece that drilled and tapped to hold it flat looks like a T when its done. The material comes flat enough for a bike jig its with in a 1/16" across the whole thing. Cut it on a Horizonial band saw.
