Wath do you guys think of this crank

I found this crankshaft on ebay,it has been totally rebuild.It`s in german I could translate it for you but don`t think I do properly.So is it worth the money for someone who wants to make sure no problem will appear when my bike is completed

285 Euro is a good price. Worth pursuing...
