Hey guys. Anyone know what the color code is for the yellow-ish paint on Omars stuff

Yamaha yellow? If thats what you are talking about. I painted a few parts years ago with GM Corvette yellow (1972) and it was pretty close as well.

I just picked up 95 corvette yellow for my kenny roberts paint scheme. everybody in the paint business told me to base coat white before painting the yellow.

Why yellow, shouldn't you go green. It will suit a lot better.

Yes, base coat it white unless you want the primer color to show through after it dries. Same goes for reds.
