What Is The Steering Stem Spanner Lock-Nut Outer Diameter?

Hey guys. Could someone let me know the OD of the spanner style lock nuts on the top of the triple tree? I have a '75 if it matters. I'd like to fab up a pair of wrenches while I'm at work so I can repack the bearings and tighten the front end up this weekend. Search was not my friend trying to track down this information :doh:
