What muffler is this?

Trying to find this muffler and where to buy a couple. Its either this or ripple pipes for the XS650 I am gathering parts to build.

Those are what are called "cocktail shaker" mufflers. Google it and you'll get lots of hits. They come in straight and upswept versions and it looks like the bike in the pic is using one of each.
