what other hobbies do you have?

515hp Skip white motor, Monster 700r4 trans, 3.90 rear.

Blasted the entire frame, fully welded all the seems, reinforced the cross members, fixed the rot in some of the corners. Had to make a new mount for the trans, as it does not mount in the same spot as the th350

Suspension is all new, rear is a carbon fiber mono leaf, all new bushings, sway bar, rebuilt the calipers. Front is beefed up sway bar, all new steering linkage, all new ball joints etc.

Currently the body is back in the garage, got to replace a few of the mounts, and finish stripping out the dash, then it goes off to paint.

Should be a fun car. Best part is other than labor I don't have a dime into it. Its my uncles car, deal was I do the work with my cousin and we can use it whenever.

Once its back together we start on the 36' Chrysler coupe project. That should be fun.

Also restored these.

Wilton vice and big anvil, torn on selling them or keeping them. They were bought as part of package deal and they were a good buy.

One day we were bored and playing with the new blast cabinet, next thing you know this happened.

I love sailing and have had a boat in the past, but with a small business to run, two small kids, old house, i think my main hobby these days is NAPPING.

The Ford is a 1965 F250 4x4. 352, 4 speed and a few more gears in the transfer case. I fell for it because of it's skinny ass tires on original 19.5 inch rims. They are medium duty truck tires for the road, but the thing pulls through mud like crazy. It gets about 6 miles to the gallon though, so I "need" a motorcycle. It's pretty beat up, has newer headers and carb, but it's been very good to me. Cheap chinese starter blew up on me so i had to replace that, but other then that hasn't left me stranded. Bought it off the guy that just recently found the XS through another friend. He's a good guy to know!

funny story, when the starter broke, it still started but just made horrible sounds. i only started it once like that, just to get home. but this is what i found, if you look really close you can a little 1/4" nub of one tooth on that gear, still started. (the ring gear ended up being fine thank god.

also, a new starter was only $45. I once paid twice that much for a thermostat for a certain German car.

I know the ingredients for beer are very few in number, but what do you leave out or add to make gluten-free ale, xstom? And more to the point, what does it taste like?

For the past 30+ years have been raising family. Youngest kid should be done with college next spring. Beside working 12-16 hrs/day I like to hunt, fish, play in the dirt (garden). then there's the goats, chickens, dogs, cats and fish I mess with. And training the wife is looking to be a lifelong hobby. May give up on that one soon. She seems to be untrainable!

Besides motorcycles? Sex and sailing. Too bad that I'm too old for the one and too far from the ocean for t'other.
