Will this tire fit?

This topic has more than likely been covered before. I am looking at putting new tires on my bike. I am looking at IRC All Weather GS-11 Tires. I currently have 3.50 S19 on the front and 130/90 S16 on the rear. I have a question with the rear tire. Will a 4.60S-16 be fine on the rear. This is the closest size that I could find in this brand. To my understanding, the 130/90 tire is a 5.00/5.10 inch tire. If the smaller tire will fit, will the difference in width be noticeable?

Also, if there are any recommendations of cheap, good quality tires it would be greatly appreciated? I would like to maintain the older style look but I am not real concerned with the brand.
