The one thing I would change is the running light. The way you have it hooked up its always on. Just connect it to the light switch. when lights on its on. plus all your grounds should run together.
Similar comment to DaddyG. I wonder if the permanently on running light will make starting difficult as it will be draining the capacitor at startup when power levels are quite low.

got the coil and capacitor mocked up tucked up under the tank I think it should work out pretty slick , hung from a chunk of gutter screen I found in the garage
