Dipped in batter and deep fried its delicious; known in Blighty as a Spam fritter.
I must admit the Lidl spam is close, but it's not quite the same. Probably different offal.
Actually, his attire wasn't much different than what I wore in 1976 racing on dirt ovals, 'cept I wore a t shirt and blue jeans and instead of shades, I used bubble goggles. Taped the steering wheel like that too!
