XS-2 Front Fork Swap.

Hello all again,
I am after some advice, I want to change the front forks on my 1972 XS-2 for something a bit newer and something I can get parts for easily if needed.
Over here in England we are not blessed with good stocks of XS-2 spares.
I still want to run a spoked wheel to match the rear.
What front end would easily fit without too much hassle?
I dont mind a bit of work.

Hey Dave,
Well, you've got your work cut out for you. I've come across several older threads here that cover front-end change-outs, and dealing with the unique small head on the early models.
Fire-up a gallon of coffee and try forum searches on "steering stem", "triple trees", "front forks", "tapered bearings". Maybe you'll find what you need...
