XS Guards, what have you used?

Gday, I want to replace the rear guard with something shorter. I'd cut down a stock one but I havn't been able to source one.

What else would fit it? Any other model or make?

Ive seen them ones on ebay you can cut yourself and make fit. And im a metal fabricator by trade so if anyone has a pic of something they have fabricated send it my way!

Would like it to be chrome but wouldnt mind painting it black just want it to fill the gap nicely. Thanks for any help.
